Our Mission is to enhance quality of services to external and internal customers of JNH. 

Vision

Our vision is to ensure that JNH develops into one of the quality health care providers in Jeddah, by maintaining internal and external customer’s satisfaction, continuous education activities and keeping a vigil over patient safety and rights. 

About the Department

The CQI department aims to ensure the presence of ongoing systematic monitoring and evaluation of, the quality and appropriateness of patient care and the maintenance of JNH, ensuring that it provides a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff alike.
