The pharmacy has two sections, Out
patient pharmacy and in patient pharmacy. The Outpa |
tient Pharmacy serves
the pharmaceutical needs of the ambulatory patients and to provide
patients with their medication needs
and to counsel the patients
regarding proper use of the medication so as to maximize benefits with
minimum risks.
The in patient
pharmacy mainly caters for the hospital wards and emergency room. The
pharmacy also supplies the medical requirements for the hospital
operation and labor room. The pharmacy services together
with all other
departments in the hospital communicate and work in teams to ensure
provision of quality patient care and customer service.
The Pharmacy provides support to comprehensive Pharmaceutical services that will yield goals of our motto “Quality care at affordable rates with a humane touch” with safe and cost effective drug selection, timely delivery of drug therapy and achievement of optimal patient outcomes with the current state of the art patient care.
