The division of psychiatry at Jeddah National Hospital offers assessment and treatment programs that encompasses a full range of psychological, social and biological approaches to the understanding and caring of   people with disorders in the mood, emotion, cognition, perception, memory, intellect and behavior.

MISSION:

Psychiatry unit of JNH is committed to provide compassionate Psychological support to all customers.

Psychiatry unit with the Psychiatrist can provide limited services. This includes:

• Psychiatric work up including detailed history, Mental Status examination and physical examination.

• Psychotherapy mainly psychological analysis and counseling

• Psychopharmaco therapy.

• Educating the patient and bystanders using education materials.

• Educate JNH staff regarding mental health.
