The Reception at Jeddah National Hospital, welcomes patients of all nationalities, religions, age & sex and guides them correctly regarding available facilities and services. The reception has three main sections an information desk, a cash  reception and a credit reception.

The information counter - gives all receiving information, guidance and directions to patients depending on their need.  

The cash reception deals with nearly 400-500 outpatient / day and also the payment of inpatient, patients coming for Iqama renewal etc. The credit reception deals with nearly 150-200 patients/day. There are more than 1000 companies insured under various Insurance Companies and we provide prompt services keeping patient satisfaction as our aim.

Appointment system has been started in some OPDs of Jeddah National Hospital, and will be soon implemented in totality. Apart from the reception at the entrance lobby, we also have a  reception in the first floor to cater the patients of those OPDs, so that the services are delivered in time.
