Nursing team at JNH believes in rendering high quality nursing care with a spirit of compassion to all and to provide education in an ambience that fosters their development as a world class professional and a better human being.
Professional nurses are expected to and are supported in contributing to the overall Mission, Vision, and Values of the Jeddah National Hospital. Our nurses function autonomously in their day-to-day nursing practice, and are recognized as integral to the overall plan of care for each patient. The department supports nurses to develop their career at all levels through numerous pathways.

The Nursing Department also provides orientation, in-service and continuing education, and training. The Division maintains a number of manuals which allow the nursing care team members to access any established policy / procedure / protocol for specific areas of care. BCLS, ACLS and computer documentation classes are also provided.
